dRemodeling recently completed another fabulous project!
This project consisted of three different spaces that needed urgent updating: a master bathroom, a guest bathroom, and a powder room. The original spaces were elaborate, but aged, and needed a transformation into modernity. The three spaces took on their own unique characteristics and each is beautiful in its own way.
The Master Bath
This space has been completely transformed. While the layout remained identical, just about everything else was given a fresh update. The tired wallpapered walls were painted with a clean, crisp blue that airs out the space and expands it in all directions. The bathtub was replaced and surrounded with intricate tile that was hand selected by the client. Marble dances along the floor, tub deck, and vanity countertop which offers a sophisticated level of elegance and purity to the palette. The shower is a special place as well: adorned with marble wall tiles and a stream of glass mosaic that runs ceiling to floor in the stall.
The Guest Bath
The guest bath took on a new casual look. Replacing the old blocky vanity is a new custom piece that provides warmth and storage. The vanity area is surrounding by a stone and glass mosaic mix that adds plays of blue and greens to the design. The bathroom is also equipped with new tile flooring, pivot vanity mirrors, a new bathtub area, and new plumbing fixtures.
The Powder Room
For being such a small space, this room packs a powerful punch. The new design emits warmth and contemporary design. The floor is finished with new hardwood and the space?s back wall is covered with varying natural stone squares. The countertop is paired with a luxurious glass sink and innovative faucet. The powder room walls are painted in a brown metallic paint that offers a subtle shimmer and elegance. What?s more, the suspended vanity is lit from underneath and responds to pressure on the floor!
